Abdul Wahied was born in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He completed his schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Surankote (Poonch) and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Chandigarh.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Seeking to deepen his understanding of international legal systems, he pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of East London, graduating with Merit. He later completed a second LL.M. in Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.

Abdul Wahied began his legal career in the United Arab Emirates as a Legal Consultant at Fathiyah Ali Advocates and Legal Consultants from 2015 to 2017. During this period, he assisted clients in matters related to litigation, corporate law, employment law, legal drafting, and legal research.
In 2017, he founded Dar Al Haqooq Legal Consultancy LLC in Sharjah, where he continues to serve as Founder and Senior Legal Consultant. He subsequently established AWA and Partners LLP in India and AWA LAW FIRM FZC in the UAE, expanding his legal practice across multiple jurisdictions.
Wahied is also the Founder of EZ Legal Hire, a platform designed to connect legal professionals, law firms, and businesses through technology-driven recruitment and legal talent solutions.
