Dhamaal 4 is a 2026 Indian Hindi-language adventure comedy film directed by Indra Kumar. Produced by T-Series Films, Panorama Studios, Devgn Films, Maruti International and Anand Pandit Motion Pictures, it is the fourth installment in the Dhamaal film series and a sequel to Dhamaal (2007), Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019).[1][2][3]
The film stars Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Upendra Limaye, Anjali Anand, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Esha Gupta.
The film was released theatrically on 10 July 2026.[4][5]
Plot
Four greedy but hilariously unlucky friends hear about ₹50 crore hidden under the mysterious letter "M". Hoping to become rich, they begin a treasure hunt that quickly turns into a series of wrong clues, wild chases, jungle adventures and funny accidents. Every time they get close to the treasure, their own mistakes create even bigger chaos, leading to nonstop comedy.

Production
Development
The making of this fourth film started after Total Dhamaal (2019) did well commercially. In 2024, director Indra Kumar announced the whole project, and he also said the core crew is back—Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Jaaved Jaaferi.
Filming
Main filming started around April 2025, and it continued for more than half a year. The shooting happened in Mumbai and Madh Island, then production finally wrapped on 6 September 2025.[6]
Soundtrack
The soundtrack has songs with music credits to Aditya Dev, Neelkamal Singh, Guru Randhawa, Gill Machhrai, Rony Ajnali, Sanju Rathod, Tanishk Bagchi, Param Raj and Sanjeev–Darshan. Meanwhile, the background score was composed by Amar Mohile.
The first single, "Chatni", was released on 15 June 2026, followed by "Qeher" on 19 June 2026 and "Saree" on 28 June 2026.[7][8][9][10]

Release
Theatrical
The movie was first planned to come out on 19 March 2026 , then it was kinda moved to 12 June 2026. In the end it actually hit the theatres on 10 July 2026.[11]
Certification
It got a U/A 13+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on 2 July 2026. A few dialogues, and some hand gesture moments were adjusted, but no scenes were taken out. The last run time came out to 143 minutes.
Marketing
Before the theatrical release, the makers put out posters, songs, and promo videos like in quick succession. The soundtrack was introduced by T-Series, and three songs were rolled out before the film.
Reception
Critical response
The film got mixed reactions from critics, with people calling out its comedy and performances , yet a chunk of the criticism went to the fairly predictable storyline.[12][13]
