Pre-production started around April 2025 . After that principal photography kicked off in September 2025 , and it wrapped up in June 2026. The shoot took place across Bangkok, Mumbai , Rajasthan and also Malaysia.
== Soundtrack ==
The film songs are handled by Mithoon , Jeet Gannguli , Amaal Mallik and Akhil Sachdeva. The lyric part is written by Rashmi Virag and Sayeed Quadri, while the background score is by Raju Singh.

For the music rights , it was Sony Music who took them.

Also , the tracks ''"Tera Mera Rishta"'' and ''"Toh Phir Aao"'' from the original ''Awarapan'' got reworked for the sequel. And the first single , ''"Ve Junoon"'' , came out on 7 July 2026.
